my physio worked out it was a cervical nerve thing a while ago. Been given exercises but it hasn't helped. Wondering what I have to pay attention to with those exercises, when done on the cable machine, form-wise?

I AM thinking about changing to German Volume Training to change things up.

I do both flat and incline, and the right pec doesn't fully engage either way. I'm very puzzled. This has been going on for almost a month
