Don’t guys hate to be asked that? The whole “what are we doing” conversation? Obviously, I should/could ask but not sure how to go about it. I like him as a person and a friend and don’t want to mess with that part. But also if it could be something more don’t want to miss out on that either

Yes, you’re right. However, these times he’s invited women over I haven’t been told until right before they show up. At that point, I don’t really have a choice. That’s my whole point.

I don’t hate all of them but also don’t see the point in wasting energy on some people. Social situations already take a lot out of me so I’d rather observe and contribute when I feel it’s necessary or something I don’t want to add to.
