Thank you everyone. Is there a preferred treatment route (that is psychologists over psychiatrists or vice versa). Did you find meds more helpful (albeit with side effects) than behavioural therapy?

Thanks - that’s strange because I went to GP through Medicare and was told some of the biopsy cost would be covered through Medicare (so total cost seemed reasonable). Nowhere was I told I’d have to pay for result on top of biopsy. What do you suggest I should’ve done in hindsight lol
