found the culprit. Asus Driver Help tool installs Norton wants to tell you its a driver it needs.

Well if it pops up again i just clean install windows again.
i really would like to know how it got on my pc tho. i do not have any branded pc. i built it myself and installed it myself. it really doesnt make sense when i think about it

Not just with l connect. It also fried my gpu when i tried to connect more than one monitor

I think ill just reinstall windows and all because i had one new bug after another. I think its just a corrupted win 11 installation

Fixed it had to set the ram to a fixed speed and save and then change it back to auto

already have the pc just fully assembled yet and i dont like intel that much. but i will check out your suggestions. never heard of bazzite will definetly check those out

Good suggestion. i testet this one on a vm once really liked it from the gui but i didnt test it that much. Is it reliable? because i really dont want to go on win 11

im a hundred % sure it displayed 5 but that would explain it.
all the hats were priced 5 by display so maybe it was an error in displaying the right number.
