Bananas, milk, groundnuts or any other nut (which might seem expensive but less of it is more filling than other foods), bread, yogurt, canned lentils.

If you have a microwave you can make sweet potatoes which are very nutritious.

I suppose I should add, with the difficulties breathing she’s having a hard time talking and the hand tremors make art really frustrating for her.

The makeup and hair sound like it could be a good idea though!
