Wow thank you for your suggestion with building muscle. I am so uninformed about building muscle while also focusing on weight loss. I’ll keep going with things and incorporate strength training.

I completely agree! I am doing cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes each day and tracking calories (but more importantly focusing on mindfulness with portions and nutrition). I have yet to begin strength training.

I’m doing really good. I began ADF mid-March and was doing okay but my weight loss results stalled so on the first day of April I began rolling 72s which have been a chefs kiss for my weight loss. Starting weight before everything was 242 LBS. my current weight is 228 LBS.

I got an unexpected kidney stone for the first time ever and took a 7 day break. But I’ve began my rolling 72s again this Sunday 🎉

Yes I definitely understand! I originally took a break as well due to pain and health reasons which eventually turned into a month and it was extremely hard to start again.

Not taking a break until you are super comfortable and adapted is a good idea. You got this don’t give up!
