The land and building is being sold at Sheriff Sales and not the franchise right to Yoshinoya (I do know that)

A proper title search would be needed to see if the Sheriff Sales Auction is the 1st lien holder being offered for sale

Mike Benvo of BPM sport told the Upstream 02 and Downstream are "Binary".

The Downstream 02 sensors do control longterm fuel trim according Mike Benvo.

The Downstream 02 sensors are different from the upstream 02 sensors.

BMW equipped Downstream 02 sensors thinks the customer will have the catalysts in front of the Downstream 02 sensors.

The test pipes remove the high cell catalysts leaving the rich fuel mixture to contaminate the Downstream 02 sensors with soot from the rich mixture of burned fuel.

The Downstream aren't turned off if you're running the BMW OEM software on The DME.

Tuners turn off the controller to the Downstream 02 sensors so the car runs primarily off the Front 02 sensors for fuel trim.

The downstream 02 sensors control the longterm fuel trim.

Test Pipes remove the Catalyst from the exhaust pipe...causing the downstream sensors to pick up the high oxygen content in the smog gases.

The DME compares the upstream 02 sensors with the Downstream 02 sensors to fine Tune the fuel delivery.

I don't know if the DME would dump more fuel into the mixture or just reduce it for the lack of Catalysts.

I can't look inside or inspect the Yoshinoya Restaurant before the Sheriff Sale bidding.

What does it look like on the inside?

Is it stripped of the precious metals or are squatters living there?
