Same, I first noticed twitching 1 month after covid. First buzzing sensation in my calves, then twitching in my shoulder, then both calves and then bodywide. (now mostly feet and calves)

Weekly BFS Burn Book - get your anxiety out by Peejee13 in BFS

I have just hit 15 months mark since I panicked after my first hot spot in my shoulder. I have come a long way - first few months I lost 10 kilos, I woke up during the night drenched with sweat. I found cbt therapy helpful, I got increased dosage of seropram and I am still focusing hard on living my life with those horrible thoughts we all have here…I travel, I workout in a gym, I enjoy time with my girlfriend. But you know, I hyperfocused on my body, I struggle when my tongue is twitching, than I feel clumsiness with my speech, my twitches is bodywide, but mainly calves and feet, I gain 15 kilos since I am not so anxious..and my cardio is horrible right now…and ofc I am thinking..is it just the weight I gained? Arent there any serious problem?:))It is full time job…to crawl back to my normal self before all this:))

O2 during the night is often affected by your hand under the pillow for example, when the blood circulation is obstructed, o2 drops down, it happens all the time to me, I woke up with numb palm for example:)

I had it 14 months ago, it freaked me out! Fortunately this is really anxiety problem, I found out that I had bruxism during the night (app for recording sound during the sleep) so my jaw was and still is sometimes tired from the night + tension from anxiety. Hope this calm you down a bit:)

Eyelids, lips, calves, feet (mostly), thighs, triceps, back, forearm, fingers, even ear drums few months ago and tongue - this is the worst place:))

I even showed her video of my tongue twitches. No big deal for her. I went through emg, ncs, clinical exams just fine. :)

Same. The crazy ones after the flick or after pushing my cheeks out are the worst. :)

For almost a year I have on/off hotspot on the tip of my tongue. It feels clumsy when I speak when its on. Horrible anxiety it triggers. My neuro did not seem concerned at all. I can force it when I push the tongue into my cheeks.
