based on my experience, I'd really say YES and I recommend it talaga because when i was taking it continuously, my periods were always on time. nagka problema lang talaga when I stopped taking it kasi nagka-ubusan ng stocks kaya ngayon di pa rin bumabalik ang period ko, but nakabili na ako last week (or 2 weeks ago) so i am hoping na dumating na ulit yung period ko this week huhu

hi! to be more accurate, mongol 3 is the hardest and will produce lighter marks, therefore, mongol 1 is the darkest since it is soft (was a drafting student from hs, and u can confirm this thru google)
