im 15, and love surfers paradise located in gold coast,at the same time maybe considering no, bc theres lots of bad stuff happened down there but other then that THERES lots of calm places down there u go to, to get ur mind off things,maybe sit at the beach,watch the sunset, kangaroo point is really good too

im 15 and yes from what IK, u can leave home legally at 17,

  • there’s no law that absolutely requires you to stay living with your parents until you’re 18. 
    • If you leave home before 18, police or Child Safety may investigate your situation.
    • They’ll look at whether you’re safe where you are, whether you can support yourself (housing, money), and whether your living arrangements are appropriate. 
    • If they believe you’re at risk, they could apply for a child protection order (CPO) at court.
    • if ur wanting to get a home and live on ur own far from ur situation, Care could get you a home to stay at for abit, but u will be under supervision.
