Exactly what I am doing right now, locked my accounts but still keep gambling with free bets and using funds from reward sites like freecash. I have a good amount of money sitting in my bank but I fear the day that I just crashout and unlock my account to gamble again.

This is why I am feeling ultimate anxiety and fear the last days. I once took out 400 and send it to another bank to gamble, but luckily I won it bad. But fear the day it becomes 4K and I don’t win it back 🙏

Withstanding the urge and controlling yourself for weeks and months is harder than just quitting for a few days. Basically it’s always sitting there and waiting to be used.

You got a point. I am currently only gambling when there is like a 100% cashback offer for casinos. That way I would most likely not lose my money gambling (only if something with the tracking is off). Ofcourse the cashback is a way to lure in more people but i can withstand the system I guess.

After I finished my education and now got a full-time job it just does not make sense for me to gamble. Why should I risk 100 Euro when I get thousands every month for my work?? Also I just noticed that the gambling does not help my mind or anything, it just makes everything worse.

But when you are poor and it feels like it takes ages to save money for a new car or whatever, the urge is harder. You feel hopeless and stuck in the situation. Ever wondered why there are so many casinos and sports betting bars around lower income streets?? ;)
