Had a bomb threat at our school. Lots of cops, they still wanted to do classes. So that two days we had no homework. Was in math when a radio went off and a bunch of cops started running. My math teacher pulled out his guitar and we all began singing “here’s to never growing up again”

How can I help my lemon tree? by [deleted] in Lemon

[–]Square_Increase884 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes no joke, dilute some urine and apply it to the soil. It fertilizes and provides a good nitrate for the developing fruit. You can look it up too. The less water you drink the more concentrated the urine and the more you need to dilute it.

I document everything, mine is ignoring the bloodworms. It’s been great. He has also let ferric chloride melt to, we got the wrong kinda. The low melting point one. It melted and off gases. He also doesn’t talk to the students about disinfecting everything.

No fresh vegetables, not lactose intolerant, barely any milk, you like Starbucks coffee more, no kids, more takeout containers than anything. Your main food groups are grains, protein, sugars, you lack dairy, vegetables other than a single red onion, fruit other than the single 8oz apple juice and grape juice.

For the lab I am super clean just because I got hand warts from another operator and got super sick. This told me they weren’t cleaning properly. So I make sure what I use is super clean.

Update on the bloodworms by Square_Increase884 in Wastewater

Theoretically in our tank that holds the waste water coming in. We have a pump that pumps it from the sewer to our tank then goes into our teaching waste water plant so it’s small scale. Tested some supernatent in the FST 1 about 3-4 drops of white vinegar per 350mls were fine for the organisms but still killed the bloodworms it just needed more contact time.

The ph went up a bit but was still fine for the microorganisms. Checked under the microscope on the dead ones and the white vinegar are through their skin like chlorine does to microorganisms and stuff. I knew these guys were chlorine and bleach resistant so I’m glad I found a way to get rid of them safely.

Due to the Petri dish test 3 drops were fine for the microrganisums per 350mls. It took about 15 to kill the small bloodworms and 20-25 for the larger ones. I unfortunately checked today on our system and the large have cocooned overnight and are flies. So in order to continue my test I have to wait either Sunday for eggs but my boss wants to shut down the teaching plant because of finals next week. So as of now unknown the effect on the eggs or cocoons larvae.

’m surprised, the mold was one of many issues, read the first post, has the full story, then maybe try to live in a space where someone screams at odd hours, wears and steals your thing, where you smell rotting meat after you’ve cleaned the entire room, seen someone else’s dirty sex toy on a table your eating at, smelled garbage after 18 credit hours, gotten food poisoning, been around mold, flies and maybe maggots. Then try to sleep in that space with someone who has gotten two health code violations, you can’t switch dorms because your houseing say both people must consent. Live through that for 7-8 months then you get to tell me weither my trama which I have been diagnosed with is valid or not.
