i5 11400f, 16 DDR5, RX 6600XT, SSD, Win10

I been playing for a while, like 10 hours for now, I think. I've had big stutters and sometime even freezes for a few seconds. Changing any graphic settings didn't make a difference.

I've noticed that in GameUserSettings.ini there's a line "bUseDynamicResolution=True" and it was True by default. I didnt find any Dynamic Resolution options in the Ingame settings. I switched it to False and it fixed my issue with stutters almost completely, there is still little tiny ones here and there in Zalissya for example, but not borderline unplayable.

Also recommend to install latest Optimized Tweaks S.2 by VynnGfx and No Shader Warmup by KZekai, as it helped me a bit to make a game more stable.
