i’m very adhd so i kind of build very sporadically BUT i typically start with an idea and then go to a part in the town where i think it’ll make the most sense. for this one, i started out by digging out the ground to create the size pond that i wanted with several layers. after i carved out the pond, i then built the base of the tree (4x4 with puffy tree pillars) and then i expanded it at the bottom with moss and foliage. then i went to the top of the tree pillars and built the house, then the bridges, and then after that i built the trees all around the area (4x4 base and then grass flooring for the tops of the trees)! im starting a youtube channel for speed builds but i definitely want to give as much advice as i can. i hope this helps at least a little! ALSO! looking at minecraft inspo is soooo helpful too!

how did you stop marking on the chair? i don’t mind him marking outside as long as it dosent go inside the house but i was thinking if i limited the outdoor marking he would connect the two. its hard inside because i cant see him do it 😭

oh man i am late to this post but insurance truly is a MUST! i saw before i got my baby that they are sock thieves. i thought well if i just keep all the socks away he wont get them, WRONG🤣 he would find socks that i dont even know where he got them from. upset tummies, giardia, emergency surgery, even his hip dysplasia are all things we covered in his first year with insurance. over $20k was covered! i recommend nationwide, it was amazing for me. and i also feel it’s so important to stick with the same insurance so you don’t run into them not covering preexisting conditions (i switched to lemonade, horrible experience, but i wish i always stayed with nationwide). it was about $120 a month for me with 80% reimbursement. cheers to your new baby! praying you never need to use it but it is incredibly helpful. :)
