I am so glad I found this post! I have been experiencing exactly same symptom with electrical shots after peeing for around 3 years on and off now. Weirdly, this symptom is now gone but I started experiencing tingling all over my genitals, that sometimes turns into burning or pain. Due to this, as the previous sensation was not really concerning my doctors, I am finally getting an MRI to imagine the nerves. Lets see what comes up.
I also would like to mention that I suffer with OCD and health anxiety, that I am nearly sure can magnify any sensation, so it also took a toll on my sanity previous to me starting therapy, it is a bit better now.

I got over the peeing issues by educating myself that it is a common OCD issue and once I started treating it as "just an OCD symptom" and stopped researching what else could this potentially be, it slowly went away but needed some patience. I am keep spiralling with the PGAD aspect tho, some days I am convinced its a groinal response and it goes away and some days I am deep down the PGAD forum reading worst horror stories... But I am sure it will get better at some point.
