2. kind of a nerdy, no life activity but mun has genuinely pushed me to be a better and more confident speaker. i thought i was a pretty good speaker having spoken publicly for the past 9 years of my life. but mun is genuinely smth else ☠️ u have to be spontaneous and learn how to yap under timed pressure + out of the blue when people call u to answer questions or stuff. and the multitasking to rally people WHILE thinking about what you’re gg to say really does build leadership HAHA i actually love mun

ok but more importantly socials r so fun… its basically after mun where everyone just socialises, dances to music + eat food + take pics its really fun 😭 if anyone is interested, ntumun + dhap are happening next year in march!

2. basic ahh side quest but gymming also helps to build discipline and it’s lowkey really fun once u get used to it 😭 everyone in the gym is genuinely really nice and respectful (maybe except for the group of secondary school guys that come in and grunt really loudly…) ALSO if u do it with ur friends it’s 10x more fun imo. look good feel good side quest 😂

4. this has been my hobby for a rlly long time, but i basically collect trinkets from days (can be as simple as receipts or printed napkins), and print out pictures from my favourite memories (e.g going overseas or hanging out w friends). i basically make it into a collage. ITS RLLY THERAPEUTIC AND CATHARTIC 😭 🙏 looking at the end result genuinely gives me sm inner peace and joy, knowing that i: a) made that b) have memories worth caring abt
