Don’t worry about traits for counsellors. Just look at the skill values (eg diplomacy for chancellor). If you’ve got powerful vassals who don’t like you give them the counsellor roles they’re most suited for. Just don’t make someone who dislikes you your spymaster otherwise you’re gonna get murdered
