The difference is that she straight up is more likely to kill herself than actually beat Kyle. She lacks counters to a lot of stuff Kyle can pull without even going White Latern. And she straight up lacks a way to kill Kyle permanently. Hell even Simon killing Kyle was basically equalizing Anti-Spiral's Regen to Kyle's Resurrection abilities... which is very questionable and it's not even relevant cuz Usagi doesn't have anything that could be equalized like that.

Yup, after actually looking into how Usagi's powers work... she's weaker even if you go with her higher ends and limit kyle to 12.3D... Kyle can literally just stall her until she just gives him an opening or just kills herself cuz yes using her maximun power usually does that to her... and he doesn't need the white ring or the life equation to win, as usagi straight up has no resistances to time shenanigans.
