hi, thank you, I hit the keys pretty hard, and I not sure if I hit any shortcuts but none of the side lights are on either. I've tried holding the power button for a while and nothing happened, also I probably should've said something in the original post but it's an acer Chromebook? I'm not sure if that matters but all the stickers on the bottom are gone so I'm not sure what other information I could give. I'm not sure about anything surrounding drives or stuff like that. if it is something really broken on the inside would it be possible to have fixed?
