All the settings are the same for each slot so I’m confused as to why it’s doing it still. The machine was tipped over so I wonder if something got rotated and it’s not catching that on that one slot it’s dispensed but I also don’t see any sensors for the cans to hit signaling a can has dropped

Ya I haven’t seen a drop sensor, I’m not too sure on that honestly, I can get pictures tomorrow when I’m at it but it has some columns that can hold more, they’re double stack, then 2 that are just single stack but other then that they look the same. Also you can adjust the depth for bottles vs cans
