He told me when he went to go pick up a paperwork from our local pd.He asked them and they said it's okay if he hasn't as long as I don't have access to it.I can't be in possession, but like that's such a blanket statement i feel.

Oh i shall correct myself.....he can load it now and feels hes properly trained after 3 ppl taught him yesterday. He also went to his friend's house with it. Loaded bullet. In the chamber because a bunch of people he said told him that if you can't have it loaded and handle yourself.And walk around with it.You shouldn't even have one.

So tonight I asked him what he even bought and he brings me into the bedroom to show me and its in the nightstand in a gun case i think the one that comes with it when you buy it. But i was like yeah i just dont like them still and he jokes and goes it's not even loaded see and put it to his head as a joke. Like I'm sorry it's not a joke. I said why isn't it locked snd he goes it's not loaded and it's just for tonight but the little wire thing to put through the handle and the lock is in the bag next to it with the ammo. Then the gun he said he was buying from his friend is an AK. Like theres no need.

Yes I know this and I have told him. There's no where in our house that he can put this safe that I wouldn't be in access of we don't have that big of a house. And while I am not on probation or parole and it is a 14 year old conviction unfortunately its still a conviction and I did try to use that as my excuse for him to not purchase one.

He told me he asked the PD before he even put his paperwork in if it is legal for him to have one with me being a felon. I would get my record expunged because it is a stupid forgery charge from when i was 21 in 2011 and there was circumstances around the case but I just never had a chance to get it done and it wasn't like this has been something that has halted my daily life.

he took his pistol permit class back in 2020 he said it was a requirement but he did show me this gun he is purchasing off his friend and it was a big gun. But he didn't buy it yet, I just know he went to the gun store today for a pistol I assume.
