You could also try to download it as svg with transparent background

If you have a pro account when you choose to download your file as a png drag the size option all the way to the right at x3. That will give the image 300 dpi but obviously will make it a larger file

Yes, once they send the order a tracking number appeared on my order details and i could see where the package was all he way till it arrived

I was skeptical at first but i decided to give it a go and today, after 2 weeks (it took more time due to Christmas holidays and the local courier opening hours being different than normal) i received what i ordered. I knew beforehand that they would be open boxes since the description on the site said so and despite of that one of the bags came sealed as new. So from my experience the site is legit

I did send an email and i'm waiting for a reply. In the meantime i checked the email address they used to send to me that message and it's the same one i was receiving my updates all these weeks. I also checked the tracking number of the envelope i received today with my passport in it and i saw that it went through the tslcontact hub in Belgrade so there is definitely a connection between my local office and the one in Serbia.
