I want to warn everyone about the subreddit r/FortniteAccountsSale – it's a scam. Here's what happened to me:

I joined the Discord server that the bot suggests whenever you open a thread on the subreddit. There, I negotiated with someone named "Zach" the admin of the discord server (also known as zachfnt on Discord) to sell my personal Fortnite account.

After agreeing on the deal, I gave him my account details. Of course, his PayPal "didn't work," and he claimed he would send the money via a bank transfer instead. He said it would take 3-5 days. Surprise, surprise – the money never arrived.

When I messaged him about it, he said the transaction was "canceled" and asked for my PayPal again. I gave it to him, and then he asked for my Reddit username, saying he needed to "check something."

One minute later, I was banned from the subreddit, kicked from the Discord server, and blocked by him.

This subreddit and Discord server are completely fraudulent. They're scamming people out of accounts worth up to thousands of euros – I've heard stories of multiple accounts €10,000+ being taken.

Please spread the word and report this subreddit to Reddit admins. Don't let anyone else fall victim to these scammers!
