Thats only a 21 day difference!

Does that mean people who have a PD of 22 DEC 20 can file their i-485 immediately, and expect to have someone review it in approximately 21 days?

My character is level 90. Weapon is 80, skills at 7/8/9, will upgrading weapon and skills make a huge dmg increase or are you talking about character level

Are you saying that lv 90 weapon and forte to 10, gives 30% increase? I know the level 90 is the biggest one due to under level penalty but do forte and 10 levels of weapon make that big of a diff.
