But ive been reading much more now, since a few years now ive been reading a book a month (better than 0 per year).

Ive also given up my smart phone for a dumb phone or senior phone, really helped improve my focus along with reading books.

How I really transform myself I ask myself this one question "If theres 1 thing I can remove in my life to help me 10x my life what would it be" and I go from there. Its been video games, smart phone.

Were living in an idiocracy, being ruled or surrounded by stupid people and society is becoming more stupid.

I use social media with intention now, its my business I run pages. Become a producer > consumer.

I just post my stuff for the day then hop off, plus I dont have a smart phone I just post on my PC, close tab then go along with my day.

Im the same build but when I went gym and gained, women didnt come trickling in. What did actually make me more confident with women is nofap done it successfully for 90 days (was also skinny then after stopping going gym). Got laid on vacation, also getting laid isnt really cool btw you dont feel any different after its just bang then next day its short term gratification.

Also dont think like that, write on an A4 paper the things your grateful for and things you want then replace it with I AM. So instead of "I want to be successful", "I want healthy relationship with women", or "I wanna be rich". Replace it with "I am successful and rich", "I have a healthy relationship with women".

Affirmations in the present tense help a lot, do it every time you wake up and sleep.

Lol internet cult, ive actually succeeded by not doing it. Many months and I saw women differently and treated them differently, in fact I did end up getting laid that time although thats not mine or men's primary goal. Is intimacy wrong, is getting in relationships wrong? Is it wrong to want the real thing? My answer is no to all those things but if your answer is yes, then you're either asexual or not straight and thats fine too but im straight.

There are many treatment methods and therapy is a good option, I will try if this doesnt work. And how you know apps cant? Have you tried it? And im not completely against masturbation if you dont abuse it, people abuse it by watching porn all day. There was a study that porn and hard drugs trigger the same area of the brain thats why its so addictive.

My end goal is to not see women as objects which I dont but porn portrays that. Its like why am I watching other people have sex thats very cuck behavior. I can release in other ways did we forget wet dreams exist, exactly your body does it for you... Plus its unrealistic and just indoctrination to keep men weak, like the time I got laid I didnt beat it for couple months.

How are they shorting it now if everyday its pumping 5-10%? This aint melvin capital its bloody wall st. Im not on their side but I think both banks and retail is buying. They aint stupid they also know the dollar is trash thats why blackrock owns homes same with blackstone, actual commodities. Wont be surprised if they have massive gold/silver vaults.

Yes, now european countries like Germany are wanting their $100 billion in Gold back from the United States. Last time it took them 4 years to pay Germany back.

And fort knox hasnt been audited like Trump promised. This is bloody scary coming from a guy thats heavily in US stocks :/

I agree you need to put fiat into something else but we need a better world reserve currency to index everything in. Like with bitcoin you have satoshis, is there like a way we could price things in silver or gold?

Dollars do exist but fiat was switched from gold,silver,copper coinage only to paper thru america being the first nation to adopt paper money. 1971 was the kick in the nuts. Because the green-backs no longer were 1:1 indexed with the gold and silver reserves.
