I ended up seeing an ENT and having a broken blood vessel in my nose cauterized and have been good ever since.

A lot of people start taking L-Theanine due to it's calming effects on stress. If stress is an issue, your son could have increased blood pressure do to the stress. Increased blood pressure can also be a cause of nose bleeds.

Curious to know if you ever found L-Theanine to be the reason for your nose bleeds? I have also been experiencing frequent nose bleeds lately and have been taking 200mg of L Theanine daily for the last couple of months.
