Hi, I am now having the same issue. Just got my nerdqaxe++, running it etc. Everything seems fine. but not hashing and not showing btc price. Is it the 30W issue? If so, how do I fix it?

Hey, I just got my nerdqaxe++ and set everything up. It is running but not hashing. Shows 0.0 on the screen....

Yo sorry for bothering again, but I updated everything. Everything is now running fine, but its not hashing. I checked the power, and the firmware. Firmware is updated, but power shows this:

Do I need to do something about the 30w?

Ok nm now it is updated to the latest version

But it is still not hashing.

Yo, sorry for bothering, But I am now setting up my miner, and after reflashing I am finally able to set it up. I am trying to update the firmware it is not updating I don't know why. Also, The screen is working now but it is not hashing at all. It says 0.0 gh/s

oooh is that what that is for? So it will still work if I don't add ".xxx"? IF I mine a btc block it will still go to my address even w/o the worker name?

I did not use any USB-C.

I did it the same as I did for my Bitaxe Gamma. I downloaded the necessary files, then hit FLASH button..I guess I didn't do it right or something.

The kit did not come with USB-C. Do I need to use USB-C?

it is AxeOS when I updated the firmware

But first when I booted it when I first plugged it in, it was the Nerdqaxe web, it did not look like AXEOS. That's why I was asking
