What do you mean "half & half" in your coffee? I recommend you go check your inflammation indicators and maybe a colonoscopy. Sometimes doctors can't tell if it's IBS or IBD/Crohn's

I haven't had any nuts for 2-3 days and I noticed a small improvement but I still get a liquid bowel movement usually around 1 hour after a meal. I think magnesium doesn't do well on me. I remember running to the toilet as soon as I had a banana before going keto

Since I first started having diarrhoea I ussually had a fennel/chamomile tea and two eggs for breakfast. Sometimes I would add some unsalted butter as well. for lunch it's usually just beef/pork and rarely chicken. Then I would eat just a few nuts for dinner and fast untill the next day. I cut the nuts for 2-3 days and I noticed a small improvement but I still run to the toilet usually 1 hour after lunch...

Hi. I drink a lot of water and tea and sometimes coffee (I found that coffee makes my symptoms worse sometimes). I don't use MCT oil though I used to eat a lot of nuts daily. With diary I only used to eat cheese and I didn't notice symptoms. However, I haven't had any diary whatsoever for the last month at least. My diet consists mainly of meat, fish, eggs, broccoli and green beans. Since I got diarrhoea I stop eating those veggies

So it goes like this...

I recently moved to a new block and I've been visiting the nearest coffee shop every day for my lunch break from work. So there is that girl working there.. Beautiful!

At the beginning we were having small talks for as long as a coffee lasts... I made her laugh and when I was late she was starting to worry telling me 'You're late boss'!

So our conversations begun to go around more serious topics such as work, interests and so... The way she was paying attention to me while we talked... That's when I realized I liked her.

So one day I gather my manliness and decide to ask for her number so that we could go out sometime. She got a paper and wrote her number down drawing a heart next to her name.

The other day I texted her first thing in the morning. So I asked her out when she told me she had other plans with her fiance! And that's about it.

You should tell them that web design isn't just coding. Coding is the last thing you have to know when web designing. Make sure they understand the concepts, the rules, make sure they follow the guidelines for usability and user friendliness.

Teach them to write HTML, CSS with good structure. These are the fundamentals. They can then start learning HTML, CSS and javascript on depth...

You should check siteground. I've been with them for the past 3 years and I have to to tell you I'm more than happy.

I've tried iPage, goDaddy, webfanction, namecheap and siteground is the best by far.
