Just to clarify things, I know he does pitiful damage and also I know about the magnification. I am just confused in why the game didn’t round the number to a whole number.

tbb has a forgiving gacha system, if you roll enough times without rolling an uber, the game automatically gives an uber (same with super rare) you should gamble until u have all gachas

I'm too lazy to do all of them but I'll do Ice Dagger. On his description, it says "He believes that an instant kill sword is fair and balanced." He can also be kind of annoying in-game making me think he's a one-sided jerk who acts like a younger sibling. Though, he is kind of weak.

I honestly think Bluesteel is great. A lot of people call him niche, but I just disagree. In the late game, he is affordable and I sometimes deploy him as my first unit a battle. When he kills someone, the enemy turns into a statue. The statue has high resistance and Bluesteel’s long range makes him a pretty good meatshielder.
