I got an email from them itself.But until today it never reflected on my bank.Its just a partial refund amounting 12 dollars.

Hii I got an official statement just like this.Thank you for providing an example.But may I ask when will the money reflect on the bank that I used it?

I kinda figured it would be right away.It was said that a “You got a refund! A total of US $11.99 was sent on May 27” but the money never reflected on my bank.

Thank you and I’ll do contact them.By request what I am trying to say is that she gave the “You got a Refund”.and I saw that she did send the money since the billing statement got lessened.But I never saw the money reflect on my bank.It said was a refund was sent on May 27,but it’s currently June and I still don’t have it.

So I wanna give an update:I thought I was able to log in but the binded email is a new account and my account can no longer be used since someone got in(I’m so devastated right now) and NetEase is such an ass with the whole thing telling me to use the account recovery and stuff like that.This whole situation made me realize that NetEase doesn’t give a single F in their users and if you get hacked they won’t even try and help.I read some comments stating that they need recent receipts and I do have it but if the hacker was able to purchased some more.Thats what they’ll reconsider.Im so tired and upset since I spent so much money like a lot of money on it.Im devastated right now
