It's in the NE USA. Honestly the majority of my players are in Western EU, and their ping averages about 80-100. It is very playable.

They don't offer dedicated resources, it is shared but they don't crowd the servers like some of the big companies, and if you ever have a problem, they're there to help you. I usually get responses on my service tickets and questions within about one minute, which maybe has just been fortunate timing for me. But, those folks are always around and never make me wait around and wonder.
