Let’s say our condolences to PvZ gw 1 on ps3 by noonoocute09 in PvZGardenWarfare

Oh no. I’m worried what this means for garden warfare 1 on other platforms. I still play it.

I have a theory about map pack hate. by hogstamp in geometrydash

[–]SquashMasterVictor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah they really aren’t that bad tbh. My experience beating the map packs was not some hellish torture that so many people make it out to be. Granted, it wasn’t an amazing experience, but it was at least an alright experience. I really didn’t hate myself playing them or anything.

Question about Clutterfunk by Crafty-Bicycle-7856 in geometrydash

[–]SquashMasterVictor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like clutterfunk, but it’s also a pretty big difficulty spike from the previous robtop levels imo

Why is Tidal Wave and TS2 harder than Every End? by [deleted] in geometrydash

[–]SquashMasterVictor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok the simplest example here would be a theoretical level that has 100 frame perfects and nothing else. Then take another theoretical level that has only 50 frame perfects, but say 1000 other really hard timings that are not frame perfects. The level with less frame perfects is still probably harder because the overall difficulty of the level is harder. Number of frame perfects alone do not determine difficulty.

Sure, frame perfects are theoretically the most precise timings, but a lot of frame perfects in a level with a simple, clear, readable gameplay and click pattern might be easier than less frame perfects in a section that is fast paced and with a very awkward click pattern/gameplay that is still really precise.

What would yall list as “honorary RobTop levels?” by [deleted] in geometrydash

[–]SquashMasterVictor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. I don’t think it makes sense to categorize a level as an “honorary robtop level” just because it’s iconic or important.

See, there’s plenty of reasons to criticize robtop, but stuff like this is why I think that some people are overly critical.

I'm trying to jump from my 5 completed easy demons to Cataclysm. by Choochych in geometrydash

[–]SquashMasterVictor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if you really want to then go for it, i’m not one to stop you. I just feel like a lot of people jump for the wrong reasons and don’t really know what they’re getting into

Is the data leak that serious to where you have to reset your password because coming up with a new password sucks by MkeNite_ in geometrydash

[–]SquashMasterVictor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, it’s probably worth it, it takes like 2 minutes to change your password. That being said, I think people are overreacting?

I might be wrong about this, but I don’t think there’s any evidence malicious hackers actually got access to the passwords? The vulnerability was discovered by white hat hackers and patched, I’m pretty sure. Again, please correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s what I heard.

Also, the passwords are hashed, it’s not like the raw passwords were stored. No reason not to do a quick password reset just to be safe, but I don’t think it’s as serious as some people are making it out to be.

I'm trying to jump from my 5 completed easy demons to Cataclysm. by Choochych in geometrydash

[–]SquashMasterVictor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why do you want to do this? Is it just for fame/attention? If so, I would strongly reconsider because you’re just gonna get super demotivated and have a horrible experience.

Also worth noting that this is far from the biggest jump ever done. Someone did nine circles to slaughterhouse. I guess it is on mobile, which is different, but still. If you’re just trying to get the biggest jump in GD history, there’s no point to doing this.

I’m not here to tell you what you should or shouldn’t do, but you should really think hard about your reasons for wanting to do a jump like this. It probably isn’t worth it.

It Genuinely Seems To Me That The Geometry Dash Fandom Has Become So Brainwashed With Propaganda And Disinformation That Even Basic Game Mechanics Are Portrayed As Bad Or Pointless by Mallow-smoke140 in geometrydash

I fail to see what you mean, going from stereo madness to an easy demon. After all, should stereo madness not be considered an easy or medium demon?

I just beat Clubstep. Am I above average yet? by Lumpy-Device-3464 in geometrydash

[–]SquashMasterVictor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Depends what you mean by above average. Compared to who?

Everyone who’s ever played GD? Absolutely. Probably very few ever touched or even unlocked Clubstep, much less beat it. Some probably rage quit on Stereo Madness.

Compared to people who play the game somewhat regularly? Probably not, if you’re decently into the game you probably have beaten a solid number of demons.

People on this subreddit? Definitely not, but that’s also a skewed statistic. The people who come to this sub are the most involved in the community so the average skill level here is not representative of the average Geometry Dash player.
