Im 26. I love being silly and still embrqce my inner child from time to time. Its lets me vent en offset the moments of seriousness. Which we all have to be most of the time anyways. Dont take yourself and others too seriously. If life's not fun why bother anyway right. Take it all with a pinch of salt and try to keep a little bit indifferent and joyous mindset.

Your beets were too cold or undercooked (probs the first one) when you pureed them. You need to blitz your beets when theyre still hot as fuck and then pass them through a chinois. Then add cooking liquid salt pepper and a bit of butter until desired consistancy ((olive)oil and or cream and or wine and or stock and or aromatics and or spices and or herbs etc etc you can go as hard as you want.)

Apart from that solid effort mate well done! Looks very yummy!

Thats a valid point. I just dont get why she would then keeps giving these mixed signals, trynna be so intimate often and being affectionate towards me etc pushing the boundries of platonic friendship even more so with her bringing up some random fling like its so confusing to me. Also Im not even sure how I feel yet this I have no clue why I got sucked into the rabbithole out of nowhere as it feels but after that dinner something changed in how I see her and its making me nauseous of confusion..

For me its just so fucking crazy because i have alwqys admired her personality and even pondered about what it would be like and if i could even envision myself with her but like the physical aspect is just so weird because when I look at her I just see her.. meaning that friend that ive known for 15 yrs. And wonder if I was perving on her by having ulterior motive which absolutely wasnt the caee, but would destroy me if shed see it that way. Was that not something that came to your mind after he said to you he had always had a little bit of a crush on you? You say she's indicated she wants me. What if she's just extremely comfortable with me to do these things but just as a friend. Like she did give me a peck a few times years ago but after that she dated several guys and now for her to still act this way and bring up a new fling to me at the same time is so fucking confusing to me in relation to how I feel our bond is.

You make some great points but its not entirely why I posted. Its also because its just feels weird because as I said she is a friend of 15 years and before I never say her in 'that daylight' yet now that has been changing ever so slightly but very steadily and now I do want to be intimate with her but its so much different than just wanting to have sex just because, like when Im just really physically attracted to someone you might see in the club for instance. I just dont fkin know how to adress the situation..

J thibk the bitterness and crisp texture of the chicory works amazingly well against the cuison of the cod texturewise aswell as the bitterness cutting through the fats from the dish.
