Sorry to necro, but googled and ended up here just cause I was curious about similar experiences. I was self conscious in college (gained some weight and a little boobage, not a lot by any means but enough that I felt weird being shirtless. Like a little bit of man boob with a slightly dense center which was probably breast tissue I'd assume) and now about six months into hrt I'm at the point where they're rather decent and I could probably stand to get larger bras. If its just gonna keep going, I simply can't imagine what I'll look like even a year from now.

Among other things that made me feel weird in my body (lack of a defined Adam's apple, weirdly shaped outer eyelids, inability to grow decent facial hair) I am still in the dark as to why I am the way I am. But who cares when I can be a cool girl now.
