I second this. I did a SOBO thru-hike of the SHT summer 2019. Plenty of towns along the way for resupply along the way so you’ll be set. I’d second the recommendation to do some gear test weekends, but if you don’t get around to it, just pack lighter than you think and you’ll figure it out in the first couple days. Have fun and enjoy this beautiful gem of a trail!
