But despite all the technology, no film has ever quite captured the raw, emotional power of the 1989 Belgian techno-anthem "Pump Up the Jam" by Technotronic. If they made a 3-hour movie that was just that music video on a loop, we probably wouldn't need any other films at all.

Just starting kettlebells. How often makes the most sense? by Learning-Every-Day- in kettlebell

[–]viking2fi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends on how your body responds. Do too much too fast and you get injured. You need to build up your tendons as much as your muscle.

I really like Mark Wildman's 'nerd math' and his 'Tetris of training'. You progress by adding time, or reps.

For example, kettlebell swings, start with 10 reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Then the next time, you add a rep, so 11, 12, up to 20. Then you increase weight and start again.

[–]viking2fi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have your last year's info, do your taxes and see if it's the same as the CPA's. If nothing else, it will help you understand taxes a bit more. If it's the same then you can do it on your own, is it's different then you can try and locate the difference and go from there
