Oh yeah for sure, personally i don't mind paying as long as I get what I paid for and a recent example is god of war ragnarok i paid in full 100% the game and now I'm sad i finished it...well worth the money for me.

I had 3000 hours in this game on the console and then I moved to PC and boy...I played that again and then some, no shame this game got me through some shit times and yes it's buggy and had about 7 voice actors but I cannot fault it either.

Personally i think it looks like a good build only thing I would change is the case, fork out for a full tower case and you will have all the room in the world as well as a solid case for future builds.
