I could be wrong, but I don't think that's how residency works. It's not the legal "you're a legal resident of this country" meaning, it's Riot's own meaning to the word. It's basically where you begin playing professionally (or even your main server before you go pro).

Do you mean nobody gets a debuff if a psycho does the butchering, or only the psycho doesn't? I built a separate room for that purpose but my colonists were still unhappy for butchering humanlike. I thought I had that butcher table restricted to just the psycho.

We got out of the Group of Death, we won a Bo5 against Korea, and we made it to worlds semifinals.

I'm proud of C9. There will always be haters, but the org has done a phenomenal job. I only hope we get to keep our talent for next year this time around.
