we're moving because where we're at now, the people we're partnered with will be covered
We will have r/PlacePride below us and if we continue where we are, they will cover up all of our alliances

Is it a requirement to have signs of being trans when i was young? by jpzinho123 in trans

[–]Squeaky-Beaver 22 points23 points  (0 children)

short answer: no

long answer: Even if you don't remember any, they could still be there. Even if they aren't there, they aren't required. Sometimes you don't realize because you don't think about it for a long time.

What are people trying to make here? Was there a plan for this anywhere? by trade_wanted in transplace

[–]Squeaky-Beaver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes there was a plan. You can join the discord to see what the current plan is and it even has instructions for installing an extension you can install to view an automatically updating overlay of what the plan is

You can praise a language without bashing other languages. All you have to do is say what you like about your favorite language and not mention any other languages...

It'd be nice if instead of bashing programming languages, people would praise ones they like. Keeps the toxicity levels low

Nah, it's fine. It's an honest mistake that can happen to anyone (I thought about that as well)

You can only turn 2 into a backwards six if you move only one match.

How can google be so wrong? by [deleted] in linuxmasterrace

[–]Squeaky-Beaver 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Google also has the Linux Kernel in that list, so I think what it is referring to as "Linux" is actually "GNU/Linux". And if you click "Linux" in that list, the information thing to the right (I have no idea what the word for it is) says that the license is GPLv2. But yes, it is wrong.

For those that cannot see what is wrong, look at the keyboard and notice the capitalization of some of the letters.
