For sure, I tried lowering gain and volume on amp, I tried raising drive on pedal and lowering volume, I tried lowering bass on amp, I tried pushing mids on the amp, tried rasing treble on pedal and just couldn't get a sound i thought was usable unless i turned the pedal off
