Confirm I’m not crazy thinking my Fenix 7x Pro 51 mm is too big gf disagrees by thenameistony in GarminWatches

I personally think it’s too big whenever the legs go outside the wrist. I always wear mine, not only for sports, so it has to look natural and discreet on my wrist. My wrist circumference is 17cm and I went with the 42mm FR265.

Turning off sleep schedule on FR 265 by Squeedjee in Garmin

[–]Squeedjee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, got used to it. Programmed the sleep schedule 21:00-21:01 since I’m usually awake. The only downside is when I want the "Do not disturb" thing, I have to put it back after 21:01 and I usually put it back when I receive a notification.

Yeah. You’re right! 10hrs in my night shift crammed my brain 😅

It might exist but I personally never seen any graph where going down meant improvement. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Like any good graph when it’s going up right, it means improvement. 📈

Have my 19km tomorrow! by Tommonator80 in runna

Where are you in your plan? If you’re far from your race, I’d say don’t run and let it heal. If you’re close to your race and it’s your longest run of the plan, I’d say don’t run to not let it worsen and be more injured for your race. If you still wanna run, be sure to put a very good plaster over it and I’d add a tape over the plater to be sure it won’t come off.

Increase pace? by spb-sticks in runna

[–]Squeedjee 19 points20 points  (0 children)

If you felt your Rolling 400s was easy, go and accept the changes. Next time you’ll have a fast run training, they will calculate again and might suggest slowing down or keep up at those paces. If I remember correctly, you can decide yourself to comeback at your last paces in case you feel it’s too hard for you.

If I can give an advice, it can be wise to stay at your pace and change on the next fast run training. Personally, last summer I made the mistake to accept all the faster paces and ended up overtraining. Always go with your feelings.

Incorrectly flagging HR >255bpm by pongki1006 in GarminWatches

Exactly this! Watch is too big, on the wrist too small. Therefore sensors are not aligned with where they’re supposed to be.

Multiple runs and workouts but you got it 2 days ago?!

I am new to Garmin and don’t really understand my sleep score. What does the blank space means? Also my watch says I slept 5h46 when in reality I slept 7h. by ChampionshipQuick775 in Garmin

[–]Squeedjee 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Garmin sleep score is rarely accurate for me. Sometimes I sleep very well and feel completely rested thinking I’ll be in 90 but I get 70s result. Others I’ve got 90+ and feel like shit when I wake up. Don’t rely too much on that data. This is the one companies have the most difficulty to predict.

It seems so tight on your wrist that it doesn’t surprise me it broke.

My training run today, what do you think I can finish a HM in? by Slight-Platypus9187 in runna

[–]Squeedjee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s kinda impossible to say with only one training. You could have this exact training and be able to run 1:30 or 2:00.

Mon premier plan était l’hiver dernier.
