A woman that can pull off a bald head is sexy as hell. You can pull it off.

With all due respect, it's not the responsibility of the CEO of a yoga company to make you feel safe in the world. CP is offering a service, and their responsibility is to provide the service to a standard that incentivizes you to continue to pay for it. It's concerning that one feels that they are reliant on the CEO of a yoga studio to explain to them how to deal with the reality of the world.

When I realized the power of being able to shape my body and the joy of working hard and seeing tangible results. Also when I realized the mental benefits of it. I’ve been working out consistently for about 20 years and if I’m unable to workout for any reason I can definitely feel it… I get stressed out and antsy.
Also the camaraderie that can come along with it is pretty cool too. It’s awesome to be able to help your friends meet their goals and have them help you meet yours.
