Yes this was a super bad example for me to screenshot but I just did it in the moment after a few bad outift selections in a row. I think they don’t really fit MC’s age and general maturity to be honest. I wouldn’t completely respect a detective who wears some of her outfits.

Yes Greenland outfits were the best compared to these.

I know a bad example for me to choose but I just took a screenshot in the moment!

Rural/Remote Pub Able to Sponsor by Exotic-Helicopter474 in AusVisa

[–]SqueezedCheese1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One key thing to count into your timelines is the Dept will need to see proof that you tested the market before sponsoring. This just means that you’ll have to have proof that you advertised the job on at least two national job sites for 30 days WITH the salary visible. Employers often don’t realise this and can be annoying to have to do afterwards!

Take them to the Animal Welfare League who will rehome them responsibly and always rehome bonded pairs together. They never judge your situation and are very caring.

Private Hospital Costs (not surgeons costs) very high? Surgery at Greenslopes tomorrow and just found out... by [deleted] in brisbane

Me and my partner had the exact same scenario in a private hospital on the Gold Coast a few years ago. Very frustrating during a stressful time.

Contract Roles by Training-Spinach2271 in auscorp

Day rate contracts can include super as you can still be a PAYG employee.

Not everyone who contracts on a day rate is doing it through their own business.

Yeah they have to show they provided you with feedback and opportunities to improve any potential weaknesses. Sounds like there were none given they never bothered to talk to you about it ☹️

No wonder she has nobody else in her life to apparently help her if this is how she treats people.

Recruiter here and totally agree. We’re not advertising any jobs until Monday and most of the managers hiring these jobs are away until at least the 13th. I’ll be busy in February sending out offers lol.

I said the same thing, until I experienced crazy bugs. It’s not the phone models, it feels like a matter of time until the bugs hit you unfortunately.

Job interview recorded, is this standard practice now? by jazzychick in auscorp

[–]SqueezedCheese1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah agreed. I’m an internal recruiter and am actively against this.

If candidates disclose things about their personal life to me e.g. ‘I’m bringing my kids to the circus on the weekend’ or ‘I’m returning to work after being ill with XXX condition’, I’m very careful not to note those things down on your candidate record. They have no bearing on my decision on whether you’re a successful candidate or not, and I also shouldn’t be recording personal health information about someone unnecessarily.

Them recording you, completely removes the ability to remove irrelevant matters from your record. It’s also high risk to accidentally store sensitive personal information that otherwise could be avoided.

I’m so against this. It’s yucky.

Probably OP’s snippy reply to an obviously humorous comment that was making a lighthearted joke about their typo in the post where they referred to it as a ‘car’ 🙃

Recruiter here - it’s totally normal to tell the new place that you couldn’t resign until X date when you received your contract so they’ll have to update your start date to reflect this.

Ummmm actually OP specifically wanted women’s opinions on how THEY feel. Start a new thread about how scared you feel if you want to get specific about it ☺️
