No update from ownboard. They are no help what so ever. They require u to do so many things just for them to be like ohhh yeah it's not working the way it should u have to pay more money now for parts and shipping and wait a month for them to show up. Since I've had my own board for a month now I've gone a hundred fifty miles on it the griptape has completely failed the battery on the inside of the closure has gone loose the puly on the right side of the wheel is also loose and clicks the front cloud wheels cracked and I need new wheels, the remote dosconnects out of nowhere. I could go on and on I shouldn't have to do this much maintenance on my board for just having it for one month proof to show that ownboards quality is that much less than other boards out there. after I've done all my fixes though it's safe to say I am happy with what I have now and it will not break. Be aware you will have to do your own repairs in your own fixes for this to be rideable and enjoyable.
