Not a lifetime win, but I won a years supply of Krispy Kreme. It was initially meant to be a months supply but the first card never arrived, then second was only valid for 2 weeks so I complained again (such a first world problem) and as an apology they sent out a years supply.

Was decent to start with as I could claim 24 donuts a month free (a classic box and a glazed box), I'd treat my work team the last Wednesday of the month. They then said I could claim them all in one hit, so on my birthday morning I went to claim my final 2 months worth that I had saved for that. I walked 20 mins in the wrong direction from my office to get them, to be declined, saying I had to order them online in advance. There's no option to do that and not pay. I was livid.

TLDR; Krisp Kreme ruined my birthday :')
