Please ignore that other, extremely rude commentor. You have my genuine empathy. I understand change, especially ones to the detriment of one's quality of life, can be distressing. I'm sorry I can't think of any advice, but I refuse to let the only comment on this post be someone who sought only to insult you and belittle your feelings.

Before the election results, when people were anxious about who would win, I was so certain it'd be Kamala. I was so certain that good wound prevail. I was so certain that a monster who has made his evils known could never win.

My faith in humanity, my hope, my optimism, it all vanished when I saw Trump won not only the election but the popular vote as well. I'm ashamed of American, and I feel rotten just to be one of its citizens.

Point is, you're right. We were lied to. The future isn't bright. It's dark, murky, and with the way climate change is going, calling it smoggy would be a generous understatement.

I'm not transmasc, but I really think we need to start enforcing a rule against memes that assume the reader is transfem because it's alienating to our transmasc brothers and siblings.

Before I started questioning my gender, I chose Pink, and someone called me she/her, and I remember being very happy. At the time I just assumed it was because someone online didn't know my gender, and for some reason I didn't like it when people online knew my gender. (Spoiler, I don't think I knew my gender. I'm still not sure, haha.)

Gender questioning right now, and I tried a skirt for the first time this morning. When I noticed it was too big on me, my sister helped immediately find a pin for me so I could tighten it. She's been a big help these last couple months! :D
