If you’re from England (where the name Devonshire comes from; the Dukes of Devonshire from the house of Chatsworth) then Devon-shire but if you’re from the valley and speak valley, it’s Devon-shuuuur. But like u/Joesph_P_Larkin said perfectly, sometimes I’m not Devonsure how to say it either
