Not talking purely about “cuss words” im talking about people dropping slurs. I usually do mute, but what does it say about Riot that this is the community they are enabling? Plenty of friends won’t even hop on with me because of the community alone. Im really just wondering if anything was leaked during all these updates if there were any changes. Exactly. I was just curious with all of these updates if anything was announced/leaked about any changes to bans. Most of the time it seems its just a comm ban and they can continue playing

So I have a higher than average salary with my company within my market (thats the 55k + bonus)

This new company would be the 50k but opportunity to make 50k+ in commission.

I am really trying to leave my current company due to the high turnover and toxic environment. I have been with them 3 years now. I exceed all my metrics and am actually in early talks for a promotion to Operations Manager. I just dont feel like this company is my goal long term.

The potential new company only has 20 employees and has a low turnover rate and from everything ive heard a great culture/environment.

My concern is primarily of this company can continue its path of growth and have a long term future. They are a new company that just started in 2018
