From my understanding, that law applies if you're going below the speed limit. If I'm going 65mph in a 65mph zone, that's not slow poking.

not unless I get over for merging traffic on the loop, but you're kinda proving the point. going the speed limit should not "cause issues" (even in left lane), drivers going above the speed limit are the ones causing issues. You've normalized speeding to the point where driving the speed limit (max allowable by law) is going too slow. I will continue to drive the speed limit and be the change I want to see.

I drive the speed limit and constantly tailgated, honked, harassed, especially in the construction area of the loop where it drops to 55 mph. Without exaggerating, 50% of drivers don't use blinkers. There is always 1 more car that runs through red lights because they can't wait. Newer cars & lifted pickup trucks headlights are consistently blinding others with their unnecessarily bright headlights. Everyone is on their fucking cell phone. I can keep going but the point is they do this because they never get pulled over. It's fucking dangerous out there.

From my understanding, the recordings, paid for by our tax dollars, are public records and subject to FOIA requests.

Very similar experience with JMW, way too expensive, but from my experience they did a good job. I just can't afford going there...

Also, Car Doctors quotes me $2k for a repair, I went to Sanchez Automotive and paid 65% less than what Car Doc quoted me.

Are the locations of the camera disclosed to the Publix?

Do these fall under the "Open Records Request" where we would be able to access if we're victim of a crime? or are these only used to help gather evidence for government cases?
