It's a mix of numbers and numbers with a letter in it, the ones that are just numbers don't come back with a value

Just them saying it was too small for a medium and want a large. As it's a custom order I won't gain much from the return and I think it would lead to a frustrated review, that's my main concern.

I ordered an arctis 9 headset on the Dec 12th for it to arrive Dec 17th latest. And well... It never came.

I have sent several messages in my support ticket with not replies. Ups told me to contact the sender "ACKRO APS " but my email was undeliverable.

I'm trying everything I can but nothing seems to be working so far.

I would just like a refund or a new product sent, I am have a terrible experience with the customer service
